  Section 4(1)(b)(vii)
The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by the members of the public in relation to the formulation of its policy or implementation thereof 

Policy as initiated by Railway Board in regard to the reply to the representation made by the MPs, MLAs and ministers within the specified time limit are maintained in CLW.

1.In regard to representation from MP, MLA & ministers the reply must be sent within 30 days after due examination on the part of implementation.

2.In regard to representation from department of Public Grievance and Pensioners Forum the reply must be sent within 3 weeks time after due examination of the matter.
