The
particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or
representation by the members of the Public in relation to the

Board in regard to the reply to the reply to the representation made
by the MPs, MLAs and ministers within the specified time limit are
maintained in CLW.
2. In regard to representation
from MP, MLA & Minister the reply must be sent within 30 days after
due examination on the part of implementation.
3. In regard to representation
from department of Public Grievance and Pensioners forum the reply
must be sent within 3 weeks time after due examination of the matter.
Statement of

A Directory of its officers and employees
Directory of Security Officer and other
ranks of Combined Security Branch maintained bill unit wise by the
Central Pay Bill Section and Pay Bill Section of Security Office. The
bill units are 810, 851, 852, 853,854, & 855
The monthly
remuneration received by each of its officers and employees including
the system of compensation as provided in its regulations.
Bill units wise monthly remunerations
received by each of its officers and staff including the system of
compensation Viz. Ration Subsidy, HRA, CCA, WA, TA, Conveyance
Allowance, Contingent Charges etc as provided in the regulation are
being paid and the records are maintained by the Central Pay Bill
Section for Bill Unit No. 810, 851 and Pay Bill section of Security
Office for Bill Unit No.852, 853, 854, and 855.
The budget

plans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made.
