He is responsible –
·
to plan suitable strategies and action plans for design,
develop0ment and manufacture of the products as per customer requirement.
·
to co-ordinate with other functional groups in CLW and
outside such as Railway Board, RDSO, customers etc. regarding Quality of
products and compliance with specified requirements.
·
to ensure the evaluation of the suppliers and approval
thereof for the products under his control.
·
to monitor the customers complaints and the product quality
problems as identified.
·
to plan and implement the corrective & preventive action.
·
to identify the training needs of personnel under his
control.
·
to perform the duties of Chief Electrical Inspector to
Government of India.
·
to plan and control cadre of Electrical Department.
·
To act as Vice Chairman of the Management Review Committee. |
