Section 4(1)(b)(vii) 

The particulars of any arrangement that exists for consultation with, or representation by the members of the public in relation to the formulation of       its policy or implementation thereof 

Policy as initiated by Railway Board to the 

i)                 Licensing of Railway Land to schools, welfare organizations private parties.

ii)                  Removal of encroachments

iii)                Unauthorised occupation of Railway Quarters

iv)                Maintenance and governance of Railway schools

v)                  Security measures in CLW 

Section 4(1)(b)(viii)

Statement of the boards, councils, committees and other bodies consisting of two or more persons constituted as its part or for the purpose of its advice and as to whether meetings of those boards, councils, committees and other bodies are open to the public, or the minutes of such meetings are accessible for public 

1.              In terms of rules regulating the staff negotiating machinery as incorporated in chapter XXVI of IREC Volume-I a staff council with nominated officers and 17 elected members and 1 co-opted SC/ST member has been constituted to hold quarterly meetings with a view to discuss the matters on staff and policy decision in the local area to provide benefit to the employees of CLW.

2.               AEO & FA&CAO (Rent) to co-ordinate with the public for collection of rent etc.

3.                  School Advisory Committee for better governance in schools 

Section 4(1)(b)(ix) 

Directory of General Administration and employees of combined “G” Branch 

Directory of Personnel Officers and employees of combined G Branch are maintained bill unit wise by the Bill Section. The Bill Units are 810, 841,891, 811, 851etc. 

Section 4(1)(b)(x) 

Bill Unit wise monthly remuneration received by each of Officers and employees of combined “G” Branch, including the system of compensation as provided in its regulations

 

Bill Unit wise monthly remuneration received by each of its officers and employees including the system of compensation viz HRA, CCA, Washing Allowance, Transport Allowance, Traveling Allowance, Contingent Charges as provided in the regulations are being paid and the records are maintained by the Central Pay Bill Section of CLW. 

Bill Units are 841, 891, 811, 851 etc. 

Section 4(1)(b)(xi) 

The budget allotted to each of the agency of General Administration, indicating the particulars of all plans, proposed expenditures and reports on disbursements made 

1.                  Cost of Hindi Training-Rs.1, 50,000/-

2.                  Contribution and grants for ceremonial occasions –Rs.2, 000/-

3.                  Law charges – Rs.1, 80,000/-

4.                  Cost of Stationery, forms and printing charges –Rs.4, 00,000/-

5.                  Other Miscellaneous Stores Charges-Rs.4, 00,000/-

6.                  Expenditure on entertainment of visitors, invitees to special function, technical associates/experts, distinguished officials and non-official personnel etc.-           Rs.1, 50,000/-

7.                  Cost of service stamps-          45,000/-

8.                  Purchase and repair of typewriter and other machines- Rs.3, 00,000/-

9.                  Cost of Uniforms-1, 00,000/-

10.             Taxi hire paid to officers- Rs.15, 000/-

11.             Miscellaneous other charges (contingencies) 12,00,000/-

12.             Expenditure on organizing Hindi weeks in CLW-Rs.40, 000/-

13.             Booking of cost of materials (stores) lost or consumed during testing-

Rs.50, 000/-

14.             Cost of purchase of personal computer- Rs.6, 00,000/-

11)               Expenditure on organizing Hindi weeks in CLW-for staff of CLW-Rs.40, 000/-
