granted by General Administration
Normal subsidized concessions in respect of various
allotted funds are distributed in proportionate ration and
the same is being received by the supervisors and staff of General
Branch as per their eligibility and seniority.

All particulars in respect of service matters, rules,
regulation, instruction, manuals, serials etc. including resolution in
various meetings are held in compact disc.

the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for
public use.
There are 4 institutes and 8 community Centers
in Chittaranjan where separate library and reading rooms are
maintained for public use. The information in consolidated book form
is available in these institutes and libraries run by the
Administration. The working hours for these libraries and reading
rooms are as follows: -
Morning Shift :07-30 hrs. to
09-30 hrs.
Evening Shift : 18-00 hrs. to 21-00 hrs.
